Concerns over financial losses and dips in portfolio profits during 2020 at the height of the pandemic are dismissed by Yves Mirabaud, who pointed out that clients enjoyed greater stability than many other investors. Drops in profits were quickly recovered and because clients had minimal (if any) losses, it reflected a more stable and steadier period for investments.
Yves Mirabaud also points out that additional savings, investors, and bankers came into play during the first year of Covid-19. It was a remarkable year for many Mirabaud clients because of the amount of money that was saved, the number of investors that decided to come on board with Mirabaud SCA, and the number of bankers that wanted to do business with Mirabaud SCA. It reflected (and reflects) the expected and hoped for upswing of financial investments following a global crisis. This has historically been accurate, and is likely to occur again.
As the investments are looking better and better, and Yves Mirabaud and Co. have expanded into the Middle East and Brazil, the company has been toying with new technology. This technology ensures the safest and most secure of investment platforms. At the time of publication, Mr. Mirabaud had not made the final decision on which platform to use.
