Five new leadership positions have been added to Amy’s Kitchen’s top and management personnel to support performance targets, growth, and continued investment in its long-term goal. Oksana Woloszczuk enters activities in the recently formed executive position of chief distribution network officer. David Griego has been appointed executive director of engineering, and Steve Kravariotis has been designated vice president of supply chain planning. Goretti Hamlin is back at Amy’s as vice president of human resources, while Felicia Collins has been hired as executive communications director.
Woloszczuk has thirty years of expertise in management, strategy development, business growth, and P&L responsibility. Her latest position was deputy president of McCain’s North American comprehensive supply chain, overseeing all engineering, assurance, supply chain, security, and process improvement initiatives for the United States and Canada. Before that, she worked for Kellogg for over eleven years in a succession of executive roles.
Kravariotis has over 30 years of expertise in the market, supplies, planning, resource management, sales, and production scheduling. He held executive and international positions in Avon Brands, The Clorox Corporation, Delmonte/Big Heart Pet Products, and Bio-Rad Labs.
Griego’s over 30 years of knowledge in the food and beverage industry will assist the business in digitizing manufacturing processes and improving production operations. In the past, he has served in the following positions:
- Executive engineer in charge for Del Real Foods
- Vice President of Engineering for Passport Products
- Engineering director for Ruiz Foods
- Executive engineer in charge of Sugar Foods
Hamlin returns to Amy’s Kitchen position in charge of personnel. She will keep working with, building up, and growing the staff at Amy’s Kitchen as a multilingual and innovative leader. She oversaw employee-focused programs at the production sites during her 16 years at Amy’s.
For over two decades, Collins has designed and managed communications in food, healthcare, and well-being. According to the business, her unique insight is used to guide internal and external interactions, creativity, and alliances. She formerly served as Kiss the Ground’s marketing director, Tyson Foods’ deputy chairman of communications, and Edelman’s executive vice president and team manager, managing food customers like Walmart and Darden Eateries.
