Luis Horta e Costa is co-founder and Managing Partner of Square View Property Development Capital, the leading developer of large-scale residential projects in Portugal. As a serial entrepreneur, Luis Horta e Costa has also founded and managed other business/professional ventures, such as Sr. Horta e Costa Lda., a family-owned company with more than 45 years of involvement in construction and real estate development; and Travessa da Mouraria, a Hotel and Restaurant business in Lisbon, Portugal. He has also served on the board of directors of several other companies, such as one of the leading construction and real estate development firms in Portugal – Joaquim de Ávila Lda.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics and Management Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a Master’s in Business Administration from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, Lisbon, Portugal. Furthermore, he is fluent in two languages, English and Portuguese.
